Dr. RADOSLAV RAKOVIĆ graduated from the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering. At the same school he finished fir Magister studies., on the Department of Telecommunications. He finished his Doctorial dissertation on Faculty of Organizational Sciences, in the field of Software Engineering. He published more than 140 scientific papers and 8 books. He is employed in company Energoprojekt Entel. Primarily he was employed as project management consultant for telecommunication systems in the sector of energy in Serbia and abroad. Today he is chief of the IMS Department. Seven years he worked as a leading researcher in the Military Technical Institute. Four years he was a professor at the VSPM school in Belgrade. He is a member of the board of FQCE, STK D2 CIGRE Serbia and YUPMA. He is member of the Engeneering Academy of Serbia and secretary of the Department for Electrotechnic.

Milovan Matijevic has an exceptional knowledge on Serbian IT market, information and consulting on ICT market status, analysis and anticipation of technological trends (assistance to clients in making strategic decisions about business operation, procurement and use of IT equipment and services).

He has worked as an analyst and consultant in the field of information technology since 2004, and has conducted a large number of research projects. He is the author of more than 10 reports on the subject of the Serbian IT market, such as annual studies: “Scope and structure of Serbian IT market - sito”, “Serbian IT industry – Sector analysis” and “Serbian companies as IT users”. He worked for two years for IDC, the primer global market intelligence and advisory firm in the information technology and telecommunication industries, as the Country Manager for Serbia and Montenegro.

Before his analytical work, he spent 5 years in the development of telecommunication systems at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade in the field of computer simulation of digital telecommunication systems. In the following 14 years, he was engaged in entrepreneurial work in the Serbian IT environment. He was General Manager of the company “Adacom” and then Business Development Manager of company “Cores”. Both these companies were between the top 5 Serbian IT companies in their time.

Milovan Matijević is the co-founder and director of the company Mineco Computers which is the only local company in Serbia which deals with market and technology trends in the ICT field. The company has stable growth for over 20 years.

Aleksandar Mijatović, born in 1996 in Leskovac, final year student at School Of Electrical Engineering from University of Belgrade.

As he learns about new technologies, his hunger and eagerness for absorbing them and combining their use in the best way there is, keeps growing exponentially. Thus, he found the Computer Engineering and Information Theory module to be the right one for him. He took part in numerous programming competitions (hackathons) and won several prizes. As a student-mentor, his goal is to give freshmen students necessary guidance during their first year of study and help them settle into university life.

Product of his interest in emerging Artificial Intelligence application was a chatbot. Since it became recognized, he decided to Co-Found alphaHoo, a B2B startup that offers best artificial agent services to companies. His current role is CEO at alphaHoo, helping companies acheve more with their customer support.

Igor Franc, born in 1981 in Pančevo, PhD in Computer Sciences from Singidunum University of Belgrade.

Mr. Ivan Vasic is CIO in Delta Holding company from Belgrade from 2012. He was in the same position in Komercijalna banka Belgrade. He started his professional career as Instructor at the University of Belgrade, School of Mechanical Engineering, where he earned his Bachelor and Magisterium diplomas. He was the author of books from IT and columnist on the same topic. In Delta Holding company his role is optimization of business processes and project management and innovation.

Petar Kočović is ICT analyst and consultant of company Digital Dreams and full professor at Union University – “Nikola Tesla”.

Mr. Kočović has more than 30 years of experience working in the IT industry in management and technical positions for end-user organizations and software companies, as well as software developer. Prior to joining Digital Dreams, Mr Kocovic was employer of Gartner company and co-owner of company Tehnicom for 14 years, where he worked in the field of telecommunications, Internet providing and web development. He has experience in all Internet related technologies (including Internet of Things), as well as mathematical foundation for CAD/CAM. On this project he worked in company Energoprojekt-Energodata. He worked in system management, account management, marketing, consulting and systems support, as well as in developing communication and commercial software.

Dr Srđan Krčo is a co-founder and CEO of DunavNET, a company designing turnkey IOT solutions for smart cities, agriculture and manufacturing. He has over 20 years of experience, working with large multinational companies and international collaborative research and innovation projects. Currently, he is coordinating a research and innovation H2020 project TagItSmart, creating IoT enablers facilitating improvement and transparency in the food supply chain and more general in the FMCG domain. Srdjan is one of the founding members of the International IoT Forum and is actively participating in IoT-EPI (IoT European Platforms Initiative) and AIOTI (Alliance for IoT Innovation) activities. In 2007, Srdjan won the Innovation Engineer of the Year award in Ireland. He has published over 15 patents and more than 70 papers at international conferences and journals. He is a frequent speaker at international events addressing IoT and its applications. Srdjan is a Senior IEEE member. Recently, he was awarded MVP (most valuable professional) status for IoT activities by Microsoft.

Srdjan Ognjanovic is acting Director of Mathematical Grammar School in Belgrade, and professor in the same school and on School of Mathematics at Belgrade University.

Mathematical Grammar School in one of the World Famous in this class. Pupils of this school are world champions on variety championships in Mathematics, including Mathematical Olympiad.

Mr. Ognjanovic received many awards for his work. Most important awards are October prize of the City of Belgrade (1992), Prize of the City Assembly – the City of Belgrade for the affirmation of the young talents (2004), Business Club Award for the investing in the education of the young talents.

He is the author of the 40 books or workbooks in the field of Mathematics, and few numbers of the papers in the specialized journals. He was a member of many professional teams in the field of the standardization of the education. He was panelist about the education.

Vladica Tintor received the B.Sc. (2004), M.Sc. (2006) and Ph.D.E.E. (2009) degrees from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He also received the Executive MBA and M.Sc. degree at the joint studies of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics and École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) de Paris. Dr Tintor has been employed at RATEL since it was founded. He led or participated in the realization of numerous projects, both within the Agency and in cooperation with Serbian or international institutions. Prior to being elected Director, he held the position of Deputy Director of RATEL’s Logistics Sector. Dr Tintor has authored or coauthored numerous papers published in renowned international and national conference proceedings and magazines.

Dejan Markovic, born in 1975 in Pristina, electrotechnical engineer with graduate degree.

He started career as an intern in Electric Power Industry of Serbia. Having completed internship in Termoelektrana Kosovo B, he continued his work in the PE Elektroistok Izgradnja, current Elektromreza Serbia (EMS). In the very beginning of his career, he participated in projects regarding renewal of transmission grid and integration of latest technical and technological solutions in the Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS). Later, through programs and projects, funded by EU countries in the field of energy, he had the opportunity to work on very interesting projects, together with his colleagues from the EPS whose goal was to improve and develop electrical and distribution system, along with increase of business capacities of the public enterprises.

He has been working in Schneider Electric Company since 2006, where he managed various projects, both in Serbia and in France. Upon his return from Grenoble, he took over management of projects in the field of oil and gas, as well as production of electricity within the company's operation at the territories of Serbia and Montenegro. Since November 2010, he has been part of the Company's management, first as a Manager for retail business, and since August 2012 as a Manager of the Energy Department. He has served as the General Manager of Schneider Electric since February 2016.

Values that he strives to achieve are those cherished at home, which he took from his family: education; work; respect and honour. Also, he has endless belief in the power of not giving up and in hard-work, even at most difficult times, because only at those times results must be achieved sooner or later. Saša Radovanović, born in 1974 in Peć, PhD in Electrical Engineering from University of Twente, NL.

15+years industry experience. Started career as a Senior design engineer in National Semiconductor, with HQ in Santa Clara, USA growing to Technical project leader. After finishing Marketing & Leadership program in Rotterdam School of Management, NL, he started Marketing career in the same company as Senior Marketing Manager. From 2011 he worked with Texas Instruments, HQ in Dallas, USA as Marketing Team Leader being responsible for bring innovative products on the market world-wide as well as making revenue from existing products.

In 2014 he moved to Serbia, working with company Telenor. He was responsible for Mobile Broadband product line and Forecast. In 2015 he started B2B Analytics team helping Key Account Managers in bringing the right offers on the market. Also, he was responsible for KPI reporting and causal analytics. In 2016 he started Data Science team within B2B Analytics. Using math & advanced modeling to generated additional revenue within marketing department. Currently, he is working as a Team leader Data Science within Telenor and as a Consultant - Applied Data Science for company Qony.

Alex Zahariev started his career in 2000 as IT expert in Bulgarian Foreign Investment Agency. Over the years passed through different technical and management levels positions in one of the major Dell partners. Since 2006 Alex Zahariev participated as founder and business consultant in a number of companies and projects in the fields of web-based solutions, IoT and software distribution. In 2009 he joined Gartner in Croatia and served as a Sales Representative, responsible for developing the Bulgarian market.

Armin Dinar is a director of the Cybersecurity & IT Advisory Services and a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Armin has more than 16 years of experience in information technology field, out of which he has dedicated 8 years on various IT implementation projects, projects targeting information security improvements, risk assurance projects and IT auditing areas. Jovan Bogićević born in 1990 in Kragujevac, graduated engineer of Traffic and Transport from University of Belgrade and holds Certified Information Systems Auditor – CISA license. Jovan is member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

He has more than 4 years of industry relevant experience as an information technology consultant.
